Position: HR/ Admin Officer
Manage and co-ordinate the pool affairs of over 131+ staff, and liaising with up to 9 Managers in different departments.
Gathering information on attitudes and feelings about factors that bother on morale, motivation, and efficiency.
Maintaining both manual and Computer Based attendance (Overtime Tracking and computation) for each work shift.
Evaluate human relations and work related problems in order to determine effective remedial techniques, such as job skill training or personal intervention, to resolve human relations issues.
Keeping accurate documentation management in areas of filing, proper dispatch of outgoing documents through the use of Intercom, Intranet, Email and external vendors.
