* Supervision of all construction activities, Brick work/siporex block work, Internal & External plaster work Tiling work & work & other construction activities like scaffolding & shuttering Work, supervision work of concreting work, Internal & External Plumbing Work, Internal & External Painting work, Fabrication work, Provision of all Plumbing/Electrical HVAC Sleeves as per Architectural drawings, WATERPROOFING work, Glass façade work, Execution the Fire fitting work, drawing study work, Prepare daily site progress reports and report to PM & able to independently handle site.

* Handling all the labours and Co-Ordinating with labour contractor for target

completion.

* Inspection of all activities as per quality checklists & project specifications.

* Recording of day to day construction activities related to store & stock construction

materials.

* Checking of RA Bills as per work orders/variation orders & Updating in the register.

* Prepare Quantities for Concrete, Plumbing & Fire fighting work as per Design

Specifications.

* Follow up and maintain the reports with the suppliers.

* Supervision of fire fitting work, trimix concrete work, swimming pool with

all activities like rcc, glass facade work.for external elevation & commercial shops

Waterproofing, plumbing, tilling & gardening at top terrace floor.

* Assist in ISO Documentation (ISO 9001, 14000&18001)
