• Enforced and facilitated regular training sessions for the housekeeping staff in schedule cleaning and work ethics.
• Participated in the Bureau Veritas and Diversey shield program audits in collaboration with other departments and received a cumulative score of 99.4% and 93% respectively.
Management trainee Club Mahindra Coorg; Goa; Udaipur July 2018- March 2020
•The housekeeping management training program was divided into three phases with each phase dedicated to different levels of executive training. In the first phase, exposure to basic skills of guest room attendant was gained.
• The subsequent phase was dedicated to working as supervisor with a focus on inspection of room cleaning and public areas along with preparing checklists for proper functioning.
• The third phase focused on working in coordination with FOM and CE in implementation of various tasks in the department. Industrial exposure trainee IHCL Bangalore December 2016- March 2017
• As part of the training, one month each was spent working in the department of the front office, Food and beverage service, housekeeping and food and beverage production.
