Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (Three Years),
From the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology And Applied
Nutrition, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India.
I passed out from the college in the year 1983
.
For the past 35 years .I worked many
Hotels and Catering Establishments in India and Abroad.
I started my carrier at the famous Taj Group Hotel
Fort Aguada Beach Resort, Goa, India.I worked there as a CHEF-DE-PARTIE.
After that I worked 5 years in Saudi Arabia as a HEAD CHEF in Hospital
Catering.
Then I worked one year as a SOUS CHEF in the
French Cuisine
Hotel, Hotel Delmon, BAHRAIN
Three Years I worked as a SOUS CHEF again at
RAMADA HOTEL,Mumbai,India
Then I worked as a HEAD CHEF at SULTANATE OF
OMAN.
The company name is CATERING AND SUPPLIES CO. L.L.C. (Albert Abella).
At OMAN I worked seven years.
Then I worked nearly two years as a FOOD
PRODUTION
MANAGER for ESS company under KBR at IRAQ,TIKIRIT SOUTH, C2(Remagen).
After that I am running my own restaurant at my home town
Then I worked Black Water,Afghanistan,US ARMY Afghanistan under Dynacorp.
After I worked as Food Production Manager ina fast food restaurent at Mumbai.
Then I joined as Excutive Chef in FINE FOODS CATERING atBahrain
I am all rounder in the kitchen. I worked
onshore RIGS also.

HYGIENE and also I am having very good commanding power.
