Vendor Development – Find out the new vendor and comparison and evolution of the vendor from time to time.

Timely delivery of the material at Project site.

Inventory Management at Project site, coordination with the Site Engineer.

On time payment to the supplier with the coordination with inter department (Accounts and Finance)

Work out the Logistics cost of Inbound material and also the Outbound material after completion of the project.

• Key Deliverables: coordinating with the planning department to understand their requirement of imported components for the particular machineries.

• Calculate the requirements as per the production plan.

• Find out the vendor for the particular items, and make that vendor as approved, and follow the vendor is maintaining the GMP norms, before obtain the quote from them.

• Prepare the comparison statement of the quotation, and based on the Lead time, rate, and quality, select the vendor for preparation of purchase order.

• Place the order directly with the Overseas supplier under the copy to the local dealer, and obtained the order acknowledgement and to verify the terms & conditions (Such as, FOB basis, CIF basis, C&F Basis, etc.)

• Based on the Order Acknowledgement, Open a Letter of Credit with co-ordination with financial team and intimated the same to the overseas vendor.

• Follow-up and ensure the material is to be dispatched in time, and select the mode of transport, like Air/Sea.

• Once the dispatched details received from the supplier, arrange to clear the consignment through our authorized C&F to pay the customs duty, and to file Bill of Entry with customs and to clear the consignment from Port/IAAI.

• Arrangement of Logistic and to ensure that the material is to be reached at our stores in time for further checking and make MIN.

• Co-ordinate with Q.C person to check the material properly and make MIN and ensure to supply the same to production in time.
