Experience

Accenture Flex (2018-Current): My current role is working within the platform experience team as a Subject Matter Expert in a safety workflow. I have developed a firm understanding of policy and have kept up with all the updates in accordance with the client’s mission.

-Position: Subject Matter Expert, responsible for working closely with reps within the safety workflow to ensure that jobs are being actioned based on the policy set forth by the client. Duties include working cross-functionally with the Trainers, QA’s, and Team Leads to deliver 1:1 feedback for rep performance improvement; answering processing questions from reps that range from simple to complex scenarios; assisting QAs to perform as needed short-term quality-related tasks; working with trainers to improve knowledge transfer, and assisting Team Leads with delegated administrative tasks.

-Position: Platform Experience Associate, responsible for reviewing user messages for instances of inappropriate interactions with children consistent with policy guidelines. Upon review, determine whether the user is in violation of the community standards and if so, disable the account and in some cases, escalate for review by federal law enforcement. I am also responsible for completing outside escalation forms for violations that require further review from a separate safety team.

Mueller Law Office (2017-2018): Gained extensive experience working within the case management and personal injury teams to achieve goals related to plaintiff law. Often created relationships with clients as the first point of contact within the law firm.

-Position: Receptionist, responsibilities included maintaining a busy and professional law office by answering phones, speaking with clients, processing documents, ordering supplies and general office tasks. I also spent time developing an employee manual and training two employees on policy and procedure for maintaining and filing essential court documentation.

DFPS – Statewide Intake (2012-2013; 2015-2016): Frequently attended meetings to provide feedback and ideas on how to better serve the vulnerable population of Texas. Employed the analytical skills necessary to accurately evaluate high risk situations in order to provide victims and loved ones with the best means of getting outside assistance needed for their safety.

-Position: Statewide Intake Specialist I, duties included the intake of reports alleging abuse of children and adults. I regularly assessed information received based on the Texas Family Code under which DFPS operates and triaged any emergency situations.

National Domestic Violence Hotline (2014-2015): I took an active role in learning how to best advocate for victims and survivors of domestic violence. Attended frequent meetings to provide feedback and discuss societal changes and nuances and how they related to the NDVH mission.

-Position: Advocate, responsibilities included speaking with the public to offer education, in depth safety planning and resources for victims and survivors of domestic violence.

Community Options, Inc. 2010-2012: Throughout my time with Community Options, I worked within a team of health care providers to ensure the residents received the best possible care while learning the most valuable skills meant to increase quality of life and level of independence.

-Position: Office Clerk/Receptionist, responsible for ensuring daily office routine and familiarization with financial aspects and state-audit requirements of an HCS non-profit organization.

-Position: Nursing Assistant, responsible for maintaining medical appointment schedules, direct contact with physicians, office duties, working directly with residents.

-Position: Community Support Staff, responsible for direct care assistance to residents with developmental disabilities, assisting residents in reaching goals of independent living skills.
