Increase market share driven by the set targets for the financial by directing and supervising all sales staff and teams, sales goals through the branch managers.
Conduct regular meetings with sales teams, in particular Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and the Call Centre staff, to ensure that teams are meeting expectations with regards to sales values, sales volumes, number of appointments and number of activations
Track and monitor all sales teams’ performance ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly targets are duly met by maintaining, tracking and analyzing all sales related statistics of sales teams, periodically to supply sales teams/branch management with updated analysis of the results and trends on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Achievements and contributions
Customer Relationship Management: (Galaxy Loyalty Club) in championing good customer relationship I came out with Galaxy Loyalty Club to award loyal customers-(depositors, investments and loan) build to help build a lasting relationship for business growth.
Product Development: aside personal loan being the only product sold when I joined, I managed to develop additional four (4) more products namely Galaxy Flex Pay (Hire Purchase), Galaxy Auto Loan (For taxi and drivers unions) Ekuo Nkosuo (Group Loan) and Micro Loans.
Target Market Strategies: The Institution’s data base was more of Personal loan clients from Banks and other monthly earning companies but I decided to bring the informal sector as well.
Portfolio Growth and Customer Development: one of my achievements was that our clientele base was widened and grew tremendously to add up to existing loan clients after the four products were developed into the informal sector, breakdown is as follows:
Group Loans (Ekuo Nkosuo): Developed groups, drafted policy manual for the groups from the last quarter of 2016 to May 2019 across all 7 branches in different markets centers in Accra.
Auto Loans (Taxi and Union Drivers): Taxi and Trotro drivers qualify for loans only if they belong to any union like Protoa, Lion, and GPRTU of TUC. This Started from La to Accra Business Centre, Dansoman, Kaneshie, 37, Lapaz, Madina and Kasoa branches.
Micro Loans (Individual): This product targeted individual traders in the lower income bracket from our catchment areas or branches who saved with us for 3 months, had their savings tripled for Galaxy Susu, Susu plus or Plus Savings.
Galaxy Flex Pay (Hire Purchase): This diversification was our “cash cow” from the usual loan disbursement. With drafted policy paper/manual the product Targeted groups unions, SMEs individuals. Companies and unions we supplied appliances to were GPHA worker’s union, Nestle, unilever, schools, churches traders and savings clients.
