Permitting & MOC Coordinator: Providing support for Worley/Jacobs Engineering and Chevro.n in submitting permit requests to the City of Richmond, entering & tracking all MOC action items, and administrative duties

Responsibilities: Collecting the permit packages from the Engineer of Record, check that the Engineer of Record has stamped, signed and dated everything correctly, making sure everything matches the permit Index and that the correct amount of copies for that discipline are ready to submit. Once ready I generate a permit request through the Chevron Building Permit Services (Salesforce) permitting site, generate a data sheet and turn in the original stamped/signed hardcopies to Building Permit Services who works as the liaison between the engineering company and the City of Richmond. I track all permits by permit number, date submitted, returned with comments, revisions and date approved. Once approved they are uploaded into SharePoint and distributed to the appropriate people. My MOC responsibilities start once the engineer has put the MOC together and filled out the MOC description spreadsheet. From there I enter them into the Chevron system generating a number. I then track all MOC’s and their action items through the whole MOC process. Who the action is assigned to, what phase it is in, which ones are still open and when it is completed.
