Job Description

Responsible for managing the flow of all construction documentation throughout the construction process including, but not

limited to, requests for information, change orders, contracts, and scope changes. Receive, log, and track plans and specifications as the architect issues them. Assist the project manager to determine changes in scope resulting from revisions and bulletins issued. Maintain accurate and current transmittals and punch lists. Issue logs, meeting minutes and daily reports while ensuring

that team members are aware of current changes, additions and deletions. Responsible for the submittal process including, but not limited to, gathering information from the construction manager,

monitoring the submission schedule, status, and tracking of same. Handle requests for information, change order requests, change orders, contracts, scope changes, and payments, Bond requests as well as check requests for getting power to sites. applications in an orderly, updated manner.

Receive/process vendor invoices in Yardi system. Weekly reports and communications to outside vendors on status of payments.
