Produced the first Big Cola drink in Nigeria using the standard raw materials and

recipe, in the Laboratory. I also produced the first batch of sellable Big Cola drink

as well as the first Big Orange and Big Lemon Syrups in Nigeria.

Developed several Standard Operating Procedures for quality control and

production.

Modified syrup batch changeover procedure to reduce syrup waste, thereby

increasing output by 1%.

Modified end of production procedure which also increased output by 0.3%.

Carried out jar tests for water treatment to obtain the best chemical dosing rates

and also redesigned the water flow pattern for optimum results.

Participated actively in raw materials trials during line startup and line test run at

the equipment installation stage.
