ANNEXURE - Key Projects

Project Name: Bag in Box

Client: Nestle India

Contribution: Circuit Designing, Implementation and Testing, Erection & commissioning Project

Description: This System is used to fill a preset quantity of material to a Bag. Allen-Bradley PLC is

used for controlling the filling process. The PLC generates necessary commands for controlling the pneumatic cylinders, which are connected to the doors of mechanical structure. An HMI module is used for the setting the parameters and monitoring the filling process.

Project Name: Oil Batching

Client: Ashok Leyland, Hosur, TM tyres And Tubes, Asia motors Bhujj, Hitech Carbon Chennai

Contribution: Circuit designing Implementation, Testing, Erection & commission, and servicing

Project Description: This System is used in process industries for dispensing the material residing in the storage hopper to the barrels as per the settings. The whole system is controlled using a micro controller based electronic circuit. The ATMEL 89C55 controller generates proper signals, which energizes relays and the relays activate corresponding actuators. The actuator output is connected to valves, which fills the barrels as per the program.

Project Name: Carbon Batching

Client: TM tyers Hyd, Midas polymer Kottayam

Contribution: Managed Erection, commission, and servicing

Project Description: This system is used in tyre industries to dispense carbon into inter mixer. It has two storage hoppers and one weighing hopper. The weighing hopper is filled with the carbon up to the set value. After achieving the set value, the materiel is dispensed into the inter mix whenever it receives the signal form the controller. B&R PP41 PLC is used for the process control.

Project Name: Weigh Bridge

Client: KMC, MAYTAS, IVRCL, SEW.

Contribution: civil inspection, mechanical erection, commission and related software installation.

Project Description: Weigh Bridge is used for weighing Trucks and managing materiel transportation. It has a mechanical platform, which is of pit type or pit less type. Four load cell sensors, which are balanced using a trim port, are used to measure the weight.RS 232 communication is used for interfacing the system with the PC.

Project Name: Belt Weigher

Client: Core Minerals Barbil.

Contribution: Handled erection, commission and service

Project Description: This System is used for on line weighment and is based on 89C55 micro controller It has a moving belt, which is attached to a weighing zone, materiel that moves along the zone is weighed and the display shows the corresponding weight. Totalize included for measuring the exact amount of materiel weighed.

Project Name: TIN /BARREL/CAN Filling Machines

Client: NESTLE, KLF, Hindustan Lever

Contribution: Handled Erection, commission, And service

Project Description: This System is used for on line/static filling and is based on 89C55 micro controller. A strain gauge-based transducer will give the actual feedback of filling material in the container, highly accurate pneumatic system performs the filling action a RS232 communication will do the communication to computer for necessary printing
