Etihad Airways (Dec 2015 to November 2020)

The core hub operations include check-in, boarding for different capacity aircrafts to different destinations that Etihad operates.

At peak seasons handling the misconnected passengers at the transfer desk.

Handling guests and guiding them at the service desk.

Rebooking and issuing Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) for misconnected passengers and denied boarding guests.

Being the lead agent at the boarding gates for Etihad as well as other airlines flight operations.

Other airlines (2016 till 2020)

Handling other airline operations such as British Airways, Oman Air, KLM, Air Baltic Egypt Air, Srilankan Airlines and Pakistan Airlines at the Abu Dhabi Airport.

GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (Internship)

Worked along with the TOPS (Terminal operations) department.

Was involved in doing a project as Group Leader on the topic “Terminal de- congestion” along with a group of interns.

Assisted the staffs at the help desk and at guiding the passengers.

Assisted and involved with the staffs for Supervision of baggage handling both at the baggage breakup area and as well as the baggage makeup area.

Has attended the “Aviation Security Awareness Training” organized at GHIAL AVSEC Training Centre, Hyderabad.

Worked with the Airside operations department at GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited for my internship.
