Muhamad has been working in many different positions and currently working in our Conditori preparing
muffin, sponge cakes, cookies, fortes and bases for our fine desserts. He has been in this position for
the last 18 months. Before that, he was for 1 year responsible for our rolling tables and the unifiler where
wwe roll out short crust and fill t with Mazarin for our signature tart, Strawberry tart
When he started in 2016 he was rotating in many different positions where he was needed
Munamad is a fast learner and are highly skilled in using the Owen, the rolfing table, the mixer and @
Unifller, make sweet dough, base for cookies, tarts, spongecakes and muffin
