INTERN

KAKE- TV abc Jan 2019 - May 2019

Reviewed and edited video materials for a morning weekly special, Talented Teen, by trimming unnecessary clips, implementing a home video, and staying within a time frame to fit the broadcast. Gripped on commercial shoots and shadowed various other departments at KAKE news including investigative reporting, and the control room during a live recording of the nightly news. Learned to enhance my skills in lighting interviews, capturing the right moments on camera, multi-tasking on various projects at once, communicating effectively, and creating a story in a concise and newsworthy manner in a tight time frame.
