I receive the product from QA who, inspect the Implants making sure it meets FDA standards, then we create jobs number for the implants, then we package the product into 4x6 bags or 4x8 bags depending on the size of the trauma screws, we create labels that tells you what size the screws are, that are packaged in the bags and these screws are them DHR (Device History Record) records of a finished product that the FDA mandates that Medical Device Companies produce a device history record that contains all documentation related to the manufacturing and tracking of the product that is manufactured according to the information in the device master record.
Responsible for making sure that all packaging requirements meet specified packaging standards for sterile products which is our wedges and the non-sterile products which is our trauma screws. Operations is responsible for the execution of this procedure and for ensuring that product is properly labeled and packaged to be ship out to customers.

Aseptically measure donor tendons, osteoarticular grafts, and large bones. The Donor's are then packaged into medical standard bags seal and are then verify, reconcile and prepare for microbiological testing at the lab, before its send out to Hospitals, and Doctor's Offices .
