If you tend to want to work alone people will let you be even when you need them the most, the fact that you always want to work alone means you will never need them.

Attention to detail: one must ensure that no small details are overlooked because that might be how you can solve certain problems you come across.

Time management: I’ve noticed how people do not really care about time management and how important it is. This is more especially when working on a multiple projects and reaching a deadline.
