Project Description:

This project is about implementing an automated claim adjudication system for policy holders, general users and Health care professionals. The project was divided into 3 Releases. I was a part of the first release as a Business Analyst, which involved implementing the Claim intake process.

The Main Actors of the intake process were- Members, Health Care Providers and Bank. Roles and Responsivities:

●Gathered High Level Business Requirements (HILBERs) from client and stakeholders through an interview process.
