Responsibilities:

Created new Business edit for BlueE UB04 Institutional Inpatient claims to query diagnosis codes and POA indicator for Principal diagnosis and External cause of injury codes.

Created HIPAA Audit reports generated for each Dental submitter showing accepted and rejected Dental claims separated from Professional claims. HIPAA Audit reports are stored in Mobius.

Working on a updating the Mailbox process to Transition it from NDM to MFT(SFTP) for multiple projects. Created MFT Spreadsheets for transfer of files and setting of CNTLM triggers to Mainframe Jobs.

Developed programs on Smart post invoice functionality migration to revenue systems. Designed a screen which displays all the Manifest airbills based on Air bill number and Invoice number and another screen which displays the Parcel details based on what sequence number was selected in the previous screen.

Worked in ENABLE project to move OCEAN functional capabilities to ORACLE and other systems (IPAR, RDT, 1Source) which will process the A/R function collections, Payments, A/R related adjustments and write-offs.

Worked on automated Revenue Retrieval process for No Rev Billing automation transactions as part of Project GREEN initiative in order to avoid billing the customer multiple times for the same physical package processed through revenue retrieval. Developed new LU-0 (background MPP) programs to get the input message from the NRB engine, build the message from the old and new IPAR databases and sends it back as a output message.

Worked on Multiplier Project, which is used to achieve best in class Express and Ground multiple-package shipment (MPS). Designed RPAR Automated MPS screens (MPP), which displays the Master and Child tracking numbers and MPS details. Page up and page down logic is used for child tracking numbers.

Greatly involved in understanding of the new design requirements related to the Claims Processing subsystem and implementing them for the Claims Batch cycle.

Successfully resolved all issues identified on the claims sub system include both online and batch process, provided support to Problem Statements, system development notice (SDN), and system changes. Performed Special Quality Assurance Studies.

Used TSO/ISPF utilities to allocate, find, catalog and compare the datasets.

Create/Modify set of Production JCL's, Catalog Procedures (PROC), and Control Card data sets, Input file data from different Production Systems.
