Modelling and fabrication of hydraulic floor crane

Designed the whole crane model using CATIA-V5 and fabricated a Hydraulic floor crane which can lift up to 300 kgs to a height of 2m.

Analysis of the crane design was done using ANSYS as well and later went on to add a two stroke engine for the movement of the crane.

Automated Mechanical system to load the packaging cartons

Designed an automatic system which can load and pack carton boxes from the conveyor belt using solid works.

Used the knowledge of mass manufacturing and process engineering to develop this system.

Designing of outer body of biomedical instrument

Designed the outer body of the endoscopic medical instrument using CATIA-V5.

Plastic material was considered as the requirement was to be economical.

Worked with ISO standards for designing this device outer body.

Optimization of flywheel design and material selection

Designed a flywheel which is cost effective as well as efficient for an output of 500Kwh for 15 minutes.

Used ANSYS for stress analysis and using CES appropriate material was selected.

Design of suspension for a motor bike

Designed and tested a helical spring for a motor bike using solid works.

Analysis of the spring at different load condition was done using solid works.
