United Site Services. March 2020 - present. Account Resolution Specialist. Sending invoices and ledgers, straightening out accounts by requesting credits for missed service or billing issues. Sending final demand letters and referring accounts to escalation/collections/BDWO. I was responsible for 1500 accounts, $2 million.

Idaho Department of Lands. June 2019-Feb 2020. Invoicing and receipting IDL payments. Maintenance of Sweep. Deposits at STO. Work in endowment leasing programs including grazing leases, mineral leases, cottages/residential, as well as other programs from which IDL receives revenues.

Block 22, LLC (The Grove Hotel, Century Link Arena, Blvd 255 Condos, ID Steelheads) January 2017-September 2017. Prepared 1099s for contractors, performed daily cash reconciliations, archived records, maintained I-9s and HR files, including responding to work verification inquiries. Accounts Receivable: May-Sept, 2017. Complex Paralegal Support of Various Programs. The Southland Corporation. Dallas, TX. (7-Eleven stores, Reddy Ice, Chief Auto Parts, Southland Distribution Centers, dairies, etc.) October 1986 – May 1994

Worked in corporate legal department comprised of 25 attorneys and 8 paralegals. Drafted documents for attorneys, wrote opinion letters for real estate acquisition, franchisee incorporation, re outside counsel drafts; responded to field and corporate personnel regarding their legal questions, organized and archived materials.

Real Estate-related work (4.5 years): Reviewed all documents and title work pertaining to a property acquisition (title commitment, proposed warranty deed, survey, easements, financing statements, etc.) and drafted an Opinion Letter listing items to satisfy/change prior to closing which gave instructions to the field real estate rep, who was working with the Seller.

Transactions (2-3 years): Worked on a leveraged buy-out, several refinancings of company debt, and many divestitures of divisions, subsidiaries, geographical markets, and stores to raise money needed to pay huge debt payments. Worked on Chapter 11 Bankruptcy/Restructuring. In charge of data room for Southland Distribution Centers bidders' due diligence. I collected, organized and indexed massive collections of information from all over the company for mortgaging in the LBO/refinancings, for defending class action lawsuits, for bidders on divisions being divested to peruse, and for archiving. Employment law and Insurance defense-related work (2 years): Worked with field accounting reps to implement garnishments, child support orders and IRS tax levies on 7-Eleven employees' wages. In charge of discovery for class action lawsuit.

Franchise-related work (2 years): Reviewed hundreds of franchisees' proposed incorporation documents for compliance with corporate/legal department policy, maintained franchise Policy and Procedure manuals (~20 4" binders with letters written by in-house attorneys re interpretation and enforcement of the many versions of 7-Eleven Franchise Agreement), etc.

Coordinated with physicians and residents who saw the patients at certain intervals.

Wrote Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions/applications describing protocols for trials and other documents, such as the informed consent. Protocols described possible side effects and technical pharmaceutical information on drugs

Coordinated with pharma reps who audited the entire process.

Weekly calendars of patient visits including lab orders based on which visit was scheduled. With one other CRA, saw ~40 patients per week to teach injection technique for interferon, distribute study drug, conduct interviews and document drug side effects and adverse events.

Processed hepatitis blood and sent certain components to commercial labs.
