Role: Currently working as plant in-charge TIRUVURU MSWM for Mahindra Waste to Energy Solutions Ltd.

Responsibilities:

Implements WM and MSWM safety policies and practices for all work activities, and ensures these practices are followed by other WM staff, vendors, contractors, and visitors

Coordinates all scheduled plant maintenance, unscheduled down time, compliance, and well-field issues and regularly communicates this with the Market Area Gas Operations Manager (MAGOM)SI, Municipal AE and/or MSWM Operations Manager

Repairs, maintains, and services all equipment in accordance with the facility Standard Operating Procedures, equipment maintenance manuals, and MSWM policies and training

Evaluates equipment operational data and determines proper course of action to maximize production and reduce expense without impairing equipment. Reports reoccurring shutdowns or equipment de-rating to MSWM operations managers for analysis, and participates in corrective actions

Maintains the facility spare inventory and provides a written inventory count twice annually

Assists the MAGOM (Sanitary Inspector), Municipal AE, landfill gas technician, and landfill District Manager as a first priority in emergencies and as allowed by workload for routine or repetitive tasks

Test product samples and make adjustments to preserve product quality and proper specifications

Collects and analyzes data regarding plant performance. Provides and analyzes accurate reporting

Analyze flow streams using a gas chromatograph and make necessary process adjustments to maintain product specifications

Assist in the development and maintenance of operating procedures

Assist well-field technician to maintain compliance in well field and flares and provide backup coverage

Analyze flow streams using a gas chromatograph and product samples to make necessary process adjustments and maintain product specifications

Performs day-to-day plant operations including: monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining systems, equipment, and buildings

Role: Worked as executive production, this is a 125 TPD liquid (OXYGEN & NITROGEN) plant AND 5 TPD argon production.

Responsibilities:

Operating the plant using DCS & PLC.

Ensure 100% reliability of the plant by doing regular preventive maintenance.

100% compliance to product quality specification and quality system.

Maintain product losses within key performance indicator.

Power cost reduction.

Maintain inventory of critical spares as per plan.

Maintaining the cordial relation with superiors and sub ordinates in order to drive the system in the companies’ interest.

Involving the commissioning activities as per engineering drawing.

Controlling the cooling water properties within the accepted range to get efficient heat transfer from the other fluids.

FINISHED PRODUCT INSPECTION:

Mechanical testing like hardness, tensile testing, inspection, All the FG inspection as per drawing and PO, Any plating or coating, Material test certificate preparation.

B.E in Mechanical Engineering from JNT University.
