Responsibilities :

Responsible for assuring and controlling the work quality as per the approved specification and drawings

Supervise the activities and work sequences of subcontractor to ensure complains with specifications and schedules.

Attends the subcontractor safety and toolbox meetings.

Attends the construction meetings with subcontractors, as necessary to present construction supervision.

Reviews progress reports submitted by subcontractors.

Monitor with survey contractor to ensure the third party verification survey is performed correctly.

Communicate with field engineering to ensure latest design documentation is available to subcontractor, including other outstanding technical conformation.

Responsible with subcontractor to ensure nonconforming work is rectified.

Responsible with subcontractor to ensure changes to design documentation identified through the field change document are implemented.

Responsible for subcontractor to ensure all type work permits have been applied for and granted prior to commencing work.

Leads weekly progress meetings with contractor.

Responsible with subcontractor to ensure work are prioritized to close-out punch list items.

Responsible with subcontractor to ensure relevant inspection, testing and quality documentation are completed for handover.

Supervises and leads foreman, Lead man, skilled labour, and work crews in all activities concerned

Provide sufficient feedback to lead quality engineer on the day to day quality issues
