Providing innovative warehousing i.e. Just-in-Time services for packaging material to keep minimum inventory & increase visibility to reduce total cost and cycle time with supplier capacity mapping.

Developed import vendor for one of the critical components to get better quality & at lower price by 50%.

Developed new vendor for laminated corrugated boxes which helped to reduce wastage of corrugated boxes due to water residue.
