Qualified to the highest level of Quality Assurance Inspector in electrical, avionic, and line maintenance. Upon completion of military service, lead and trained multiple peers on facility operations as “Go To” Power and Chiller plant operator for the government contracted company, Fluor Federal Solutions. Duties included Maintaining and repairing all Aerospace Data Facility automated logic systems and mechanical equipment. Currently, I am the only representative on site that has the capability of correcting and writing new block logic for Heritage Valley Hospitals’ mechanical equipment. Obtained and currently hold a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Qualifications include:
TS/SCI Clearance
Electrical Apprentice

Chiller Plant Operator
Logic Programming
HVAC Technician
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Sodexo – McKee’s Rocks, PA
Facilities Technician 2021-present
Established a training program within the first week of my arrival to train the existing employees on how to read logic programming.
Prior to my hire, Sodexo was forced to contract out any and all controls issues within the DDC system. Now, with ability to manipulate and write new logic to correct previous or forthcoming issues “in house” the company is saving thousands in service fees.
With that, I have scrubbed any way to run the site and equipment more efficiently through the programming and implemented changes to do just that.
Routinely perform preventative/corrective maintenance actions on all facilities equipment to include: Chillers, Boilers, pumps, AHU’s, FCU’s, Generators, Batteries, UPS’s, Heat Exchangers, etc.
Fluor Federal Solutions – Buckley AFB Denver, CO

Using precise vibration and trend analysis techniques, corrected any faults/malfunctions and prevented future probable failures of all systems and equipment previously noted.
Prevented loss of power on multiple occasions by executing the manual start functions of 7 diesel generators and transfer of site loads to stable power resulting in zero loss of mission, full equipment capability and site stability on a very critical Aerospace Data Facility.
As an experienced Chiller Plant operator, always researched and executed various ways to practically run the chilled water system resulting in lower cost and a rise in equipment efficiency.
