I am a committed, caring, and friendly sport science studies graduate and a professional fitness trainer with 4 years of work experiences. with great passion for helping people of all ages. I have previous clinic work experience in supporting a variety of patients ranging from adults to elderly suffering from health conditions including lower limb, upper limb, and spine conditions. I am confident young person speak English and Arabic with excellent communication skills. Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team, can meet the deadline enjoy working with a variety of different people. I am currently studying on my Level 4 strength and conditioning.

Interests and activities
I am really interested in playing, watch sports. My favourite sports are football and boxing. I felt in love with game of football right from a childhood, this was because my uncle was football coach for club in my community and can remember he would always take me to alongside his son to the football pitch. From a very young age, football has been one of my hobbies, when I was 12 years old, I have selected from school to play for football academy. The teams I enjoyed playing for the most was North Ferriby and Goole FC.
I enjoy watching boxing because my father is big fans of boxing, he got me to watch boxing with him since I was 14 years old and since that time, I have always watch boxing for the for the pas 10 years that I have become a devout follower of it. Then I really wanted to do boxing I joined a boxing club for few months then I injured y knee I had to dropout.
I also go to gym around five times a week. I enjoy going to the gym because I use it to stay fit. I set personal goals for myself in the gym and I try to achieve them. I have strong desire to help other achieve their health, fitness goals and teach them how to love and appreciate fitness as much as I do.

I use computers daily such as Microsoft word Excel much of my communication with university lectures. I have the ability to work well under pressure, quick learner, keen to learn and improve skills, I have been in a position of responsibility as did given extra responsibilities like organizing a charity and football tournament at my college.
