Training Operations Specialist Onsite Training Coordinator SAS, Cary, NC 1995–2021

Supported up to seven sales representatives with revenue >750k/~100 classes per month. Handled end-to end training operations for internal and external global SAS customers as well as instructors, including all logistics for the course (materials, rosters, purchase orders, invoices) and the settling of escalations. Secured two promotions during tenure in role. Highlights:

During tenure, handled course volume increase of 100% and assumed workload of exited colleagues.

Consistently ensured seamless customer experience by supporting sales team and made sure the training experience was a positive one from end to end for customers.

Ensured customer was sent 15 staged laptops, coordinating logistics and meeting strict timelines. Received glowing letter of gratitude from instructor, focusing on this and several other positive efforts.

Rapidly reorganized customer priority parking options within short timeframe and in inclement weather; received direct praise for actions.
