Ensure that customer complaints are promptly dealt with and action taken to prevent reoccurrence.
To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advice individual client/customer on their product choice.
Ensuring that procedures with health and safety are adhered to.
Process payments and balancing figures of guests for the day.
Comply with all Federal, State, Municipal, Airport Authority and carrier security requirements and Swissport SOP’s and policies.
