I am dedicated and experienced with a strong background in baking and pastry. I
graduated from the esteemed L’ Academie de Cuisine, a French culinary school. I’ve
completed the baking and pastry program at The International Culinary School at the Art
Institute Santa Monica California to further my natural ability, technical knowledge and
skill in cake decorating, chocolates and confections; all of which make me an ideal
member for your team.
My passion as a patisserie led me in 2011’ to the growing trend of dairy and gluten free
baking in California. I have spent the past 5 years experimenting and inventing with the
chemistry of these products, and have developed several desserts that have a texture
and taste not commonly found in this trend. I guarantee my baked products are lighter in
weight and texture, more aired, flavorful and aromatic than anything on the market.
I take my baking and creating very seriously and invite you to review my resume which
will show that I am a capable and professional individual, who is able to perform at the
highest standards needed in vegan baking, raw desserts, standard baking including
breads, pasties, and cake decorating.
