Duties: Caregiver to the elderly; as a caregiver accordingly to my job description I give shower or bathe them only on their shower or bath days, change their diapers/pull ups every two hours, reposition them every two hours, feed them when its time to eat, pass out snacks on snack time, give out cigarettes when its smoke time, change trash bin when it’s full or at the end of the shift. Report all tasks that has been completed at the end of the shift. If there is anything that seems to be a concern, let the nurse know to take a look at it; example, bruises, cuts, bite marks, bleeding, burns, blood in urine, blood in stool, etc.

Position: Material Handler 2

Duties: As a Material Handler, there are two different types of unit. There is a broken unit and there is a refurbished unit. The broken unit is the one that gets checked in to see if it can be repairable or not. If it is repairable then it goes down to being secure erased. Secure erased because they are old customers unit. From secure erase if they are repairable they go on down to repair but if not they to another assembly line. As for the units that are refurbished, they get checked in as well. Once they are checked int then go on to function to be tested and if they have no problems like distortion or cracks or spot inside the phone then they are a pass unit and they go down to clean and pack which it is the last step before they are packed and shipped out to new customers. Before they go to clean and pack they need to download with newer version. If they are not passed then they get audit either by the lead or the

trainer.

Duties: As a Line Lead, making sure the line has reached the goal that was set for that day. Making sure the food product the right amount of weight before they are able to packed on a pallet and set them aside for the next to be shipped out. As a shipper, making sure the count has reached the goal if its short leave it for the next day for the next shift to work and complete it and ship it out. As a packer, making sure the amount of pound is right. If it’s less put more to get the right amount if its more then take out some to get the right amount.
