Weddingz.IN -- Set up the International segment, built the supply side in Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey and tie up in Venice and Singapore. (Hotel brought on-board include - Royal Cliff, Pullman, Marriott Group in Thailand, Lexis and Sunway Lagoon in Malaysia, - All top brands in Istanbul, Bodrum Antalya in Turkey (More than 15 hotels member of Leading hotels of the world) Define and setup the Destination Wedding process - Have defined the process of Destination wedding within India and led the team of Business Sales Manager for Destination Wedding segment. Created a centralized Ops system supporting to sales. Ensure coordination in team to ensure reach sales Target.

Took active part is defining the marketing tie-ups with various stakeholders (India and Abroad) to ensure mutual visibility on all online and offline platform.

Previous set up and HOD Role

In India

Set up the Europe Inbound division in Discover India Incentives - started this division and executed more than 6 incentives trip from UK, and 3 Fam trips.

Set up MICE Division in Yatra Online - First one to set up MICE in Yatra and was acting as Manager MICE Pan India Basis - Led the team of MICE managers.

Outside India

Headed the MICE Division in Zahara Tours Oman (Largest DMC in Oman) - Headed the MICE division in Zahara Tours and executed most prestigious event in Country including famous Audi Summit. Siyaram and Lupin Summit from India. Increased the MICE event number from 8 in a year to 32 in 2 years in my tenure. Total business handled and won worth USD 10MN+

Pacific Trails Singapore -- Acted as Asst. General Manager and set up the Operation team - (all ops team had left when I join there) and executed more than 10k traveler during the regime. Process set up there is still being followed by Pacific. Marmul Travels Oman -- Started their Holidays Division (Inbound and Outbound + MICE + Govt. Business) from scratch and scale it up. (Had to leave due to personal reason)

Blue Ribbon Travels PTE LTD - (India and Singapore) -- Started this DMC from scratch and scale it up to 150K SGD sales per month. Investors backed out hence had to shut down this
