State of Mexico Project Engineer

I have led several new systems projects, participating in all stages, from sales and estimates area support, developing the bill of materials (BOM) and engineering; supervising the installation at the customer's site, to meet quality standards; the development of the programming for the implementation of the systems, either in a stand- alone or integrating them in the BMS platform; until the startup of the systems, running the acceptance tests on site internally and later carrying out the commissioning tests with the end-user, until their approval. I have also been involved in retrofit systems projects; conducting analysis to identify possible problems and to be able to solve them; perform preventive or corrective maintenance; the implementation of upgrades to existing systems at the customer's site without affecting their operation. My strengths are: work under pressure, always finding the best solution to any challenge that I might come-up with, facing and solving it on time to successfully conclude any given Project; conflict solving, even during adverse times, as well as direct contact with customers, key to achieve full satisfaction of their needs. Languages: Spanish and English. Professional Experience

Honeywell, Mexico City, Mexico. April-2010 to June-2020 Production and development of equipment and Security Systems. Application Engineer II July-2015 to June- 2020

Led and executed the Security Engineering, reporting to the Project Manager Leader. With 8 direct reports.

Reduced by 15% the Project implementation time of Dr. Reddy s (Pharmaceutical) fire alarm system, by rethinking and adjusting the installation program, eliminating downtime and reprocesses caused by the late delivery of some equipment.

Revitalized the Torre Mayor account, that represented a turnover of $ 1.5 MD and the possibility of developing other automation projects, upon successful completion of the fire alarm system installation project, working closely with users and solving all problems that the previous subcontractor had originated.

Reduced by 50% installation times of the HSBC fire alarm system project, by developing more efficient installation processes and training technical personnel, considering that we could only work at nights / weekends and under surveillance of security elements. Document Control Specialist April 2010 – June 2015 Responsible for creating and manage the projects closure documentation. Reporting to the Project Manager, with a team of three documentators.

Renewed the information delivery process of BBVA account projects, which generated a 25% reduction in approval times, by implementing a more efficient method of generating and managing documents (Log, transmit and distribute Submittals), considering that we had to work with a supervision subcontractor, designated by the customer.

Reduced by 30% documentation delivery times, which had a huge impact on the projects work program, through the improvement of communication channels, considering the language barrier.

Helped in commissioning tests and other project tasks to achieve deadlines, which made us a perfect record implementation team.
