I have led several new systems projects, participating in all stages, from sales and estimates area support, developing the bill of materials (BOM) and engineering; supervising the installation at the customer's site, to meet quality standards; the development of the programming for the implementation of the systems, either in a stand- alone or integrating them in the BMS platform; until the startup of the systems, running the acceptance tests on site internally and later carrying out the commissioning tests with the end-user, until their approval. I have also been involved in retrofit systems projects; conducting analysis to identify possible problems and to be able to solve them; perform preventive or corrective maintenance; the implementation of upgrades to existing systems at the customer's site without affecting their operation. Reduced by 15% the Project implementation time of Dr. Reddy s (Pharmaceutical) fire alarm system, by rethinking and adjusting the installation program, eliminating downtime and reprocesses caused by the late delivery of some equipment.
Revitalized the Torre Mayor account, that represented a turnover of $ 1.5 MD and the possibility of developing other automation projects, upon successful completion of the fire alarm system installation project, working closely with users and solving all problems that the previous subcontractor had originated.
Reduced by 50% installation times of the HSBC fire alarm system project, by developing more efficient installation processes and training technical personnel, considering that we could only work at nights / weekends and under surveillance of security elements.
