Head of computer operations for corporate holding office, nine regional offices and 28 district offices around the United States. Completed IS portion of corporate reorganization. The old entity was Carabineer International and traded on the NYSE under the symbol CWC. CWC was reorganized under the guidance of the SEC and certain operations were sold off. - Transitioned custom software package from failure to use in 10 out of 12 district offices, providing inventory, logistics and sales functions for the corporation, integrated into an enterprise reporting system utilizing data warehousing.
