Studied and practiced measures to control of bacterial contamination and growth in fresh and processed meat products.

Trained with certifications in a recognized training center, Animal Products and Development Center for the humane, modern, and sanitary slaughter methods of pigs and cows. Learned carcass quartering, cutting prime parts, skinning and meat deboning, .

Learned and practiced meat preservation and processing techniques by freezing, curing, smoking, and cooking. Trained to debone, grind, slice meat, and mix it with spices and other additives to make sausage, ham, tocino, tapa, meat loaf, and embutido. Knows how to operate band saw, meat grinder and slicer.

Trained in cleaning and sanitizing slaughtering, meat cutting and meat processing workplaces environment to prevent bacterial contamination. Taught how to arrange cut fresh meat products for an attractive display in meat shops and counters.
