● Planning (Material procurement, In-house manufacturing & to ensure OTD to Customers) – Procurement to shipment – Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal departments for ensuring that required inputs are available on time.

● Prepare Month Production Plan & Dispatch Plan to be followed with daily Progress

● Capacity Planning. Work with Engineering (design), Production and Procurement to ensure uniform loading of production capacities. Responsible for Graphical Planning make up to date & reliable.

● Responsible for maintaining the Lead Time within set Limits by close co- ordination with Customer Order Engineering (COE), Procurement, Store

& Logistics, Production & Quality Assurance.

● Close Coordination with Logistics for timely Dispatch of Ready orders by pre intimation to book the shipments as per Production Plan Roles and Responsibilities

Designation: Application Engineer (JAN 2015- DEC 2018)

● Liaises with Sales on the Customer’s requirements and specifications, including the scope, and timing.

● Study and analyze received customer enquiries and seek clarifications from other relevant departments, in case of technical queries.

● Propose a product the best suited to customer’s need in consultation with relevant departments

● Prepare systematic, error free & timely costing sheets, techno commercial offers, and technical datasheets as per customer’s requirements refereeing to company’s standards.

● Resolve the technical & commercial queries raised by customers.

● Assist the sales manager during the order finalization

● Prepare accurate work order schedule & technical requirements sheet for smooth execution of work.

● Review LOI critically & PO received from customer and seek clarification if any. Ensure approval of relevant documents in code A. Resolve critical issues raised during order execution.
