Summary of Qualifications: Currently up to date and accurately trained on all Coast Guard’s Processes and Procedures that pertain to my current position, along with many of the appropriate forms and data bases: I.E., MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Regulations, ISO Compliant, ALMIS, AMMIS, Fed Log, ACMS, UR’s, etc. Licensed in Forklift operation for 5,000 lbs up to 30,000 lbs, JLG operation, and scissor lift operation. Perform daily duties as Coordinator III that included but are not limited to tool control, tool box inventory, and requisitioning of tool room supplies. Complete maintenance for all current and historical tool inventory results for accuracy and audit purposes. Inspects, repairs, or replaces broken tools turned into the tool room. Performed the duties as a Logistics Specialist whose daily duties included inventory control for the entire logistics department, supply chain management of the site systems for aerostats, shipping and receiving of 17, 22, and 38 meter Aerostat assets, inventory control of tools for power tools, hand tools, and calibrated tools to include database maintenance, coordinated the requisition and distribution of spare parts for Aerostats. Coordination with Production Planners for inventory accuracy and control, general support as required for production, and coordination of tool requests as required. Worked as an Assistant Ground Support Equipment Specialist responsible for the direction of Aerostats in and out of hangar spaces via the use of hand and arms signals and radio communication, performed preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling and ground support equipment, responsible for securing aircraft/aerostats in assigned overnight or long term parking positions via the usage of chains ropes, and blocks and covered aerostats assets to prevent exposure to the elements. Responsibilities included an in depth knowledge of warehousing procedures as they pertain to aircraft parts stored at the ALC, the handling of RFI parts from shops, air stations, and non-RFI aircraft items including main rotor blades, gear boxes, main rotor shaft assemblies, tail rotor assemblies along with various other parts. Worked in close coordination with Inventory Managers if they required information or assistance for consumable tools and parts, high priority requisitions, and other demands the customer identified as requiring warehouse assistance. Ensured that all warehouse documentation was maintained in accordance with the ALC policy. Responsible for stock verification, stock movement, and issuance of stock against DD 1348 shipping manifests. Worked with Quality Assurance Personnel ensuring parts and tools received were accurate. This position also included verification of turn-in, part number, and serial numbers, shipping and receiving, determination of whether the parts should be receipted or given to ACMS personnel for tracking, placement of aircraft parts in proper location, and the use of AMMIS and Microsoft Excel which are computer programs used by USCG for tracking parts and inventory.

Responsibilities included pulling materials from the nightly cycle for AOG’s (Aircraft on Ground), work stops, air stations, and normal operations. Assured that correct parts and quantity of parts are pulled, verifying part numbers, serial numbers (if applicable), and delivered to the expediter’s desk where they will be prepared for shipment to air stations or delivered to ALC shops. Transport of materials after receipt from staging to the appropriate location in the warehouse. Performed routine inventory checks ensuring the count is accurate and the correct part is in the correct location by using knowledge to distinguish different assemblies. For example, airframe items, electronics, mechanical parts and consumables (such as bolts and screws). If inaccuracies occur with requisitions, materials are not pulled, and appropriate personnel are notified for further action.
