Pollution in a factory is very much a serioud factor and look into this matter immensely. So giving specific and special attention in Pollution Control work like follow up in ETP & STP functioning and preparing necessary documents related to CTE & CTO and getting Consent order for CTE & CTO under AIR & WATER ACT, further follow up and renewal of consent order from Pollution Control Board.
Also preparing necessary documents and agreement to get approval from Waste Management Association and subsequently getting Consent Order from Pollution Control Board for Hazardous Waste Management System.
Also arranging to remit fee for Air and Water testing and getting certificate from Pollution Control Lab
Steps taken to revoke Factory closing order issued by PCB for two times was revoked after submitting necessary documents and amicable talks with the concerned higher official.
Break the stay-in-strike in the factory after activating the injection order obtained from the court.
Suggestion given to change the machinery layout, by this, manpower reduced and saved the cost of wages.
Taken great effort to put CCTV at first time in Unit. Subsequently catch a theft case and handled legally.
Handled the serious blast and fatal accident in the factory and solved subsequent problems with the help of Police and Government Higher Officials

Advise letter, Warning Notice, Show Cause Notice, Enquiry Notice, Suspension Order, Suspension with Pending Enquiry Notice and Dismissal Order for disciplinary action as per Standing Order.
