EMEA Bilat Team: One of the critical process in the department wherein the team is supposed to be servicing/dealing with the customer either through Relationship Manager/Director or in some case directly with the client. Team has to look after/provide service to the customer’s account on a daily basis through processing drawdown, rollover, prepayments, repayments, Interest/Fees payment, and Refund/return request.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Daily Tracking of attendance, Shrinkage numbers and reporting it to the management as well as client

-Keeping a close tab on the Team’s central mailbox for managing critical work or escalation within the stipulated timelines, on floor query resolution.

-Reporting daily volume status to the management as well as Client.

-Reporting production dashboard to the Client via Pulse/EOD call.

-Preparing and presenting monthly escalation cases to the management as well as stakeholders.

-Successfully transitioned the process from one location to the other location within India

Review Team: Credit risk administrators book the deal in ACBS with the help of legal documents and then submit the same for review through support central. Then the review team validates the deal in ACBS and notifies the CRA team if there are any findings.
