Log analysis results when they come back and monitor for trends and further in depth maintenance requirements if needed. Continue to add parts to assets to grow spare parts lists for all assets. (hot work permits, JHA's, etc.) and other asset information (work instructions, lubrication recommendations, etc.) to assets & work orders.

Schedule outside contractors for repairs on assets and mobile equipment when required. Ensure purchase requisitions and purchase orders, spare part consumption, and labor hours are connected to all work orders for repairs in order to capture the total cost of ownership for each asset.

Check receipt of goods and quantities against packing list and P.O. to make sure they all match. Receive items in on computer if they do.

Review invoices when they come in to make sure price is what was quoted, taxes are correct, check for shipping costs, etc. Dispute invoice or make change orders as needed. Process invoices for payment when they match to close Purchase Order. Negotiate pricing & payment terms with some vendor to reduce costs.

Organize, monitor and inventory spare parts & materials in warehouses. Reorder parts, oils, PPE and other materials as needed.

Organized and relabeled warehouses and racking for easier locating of parts and materials for maintenance personnel.
