Market Data Business Management / Vice President
Responsible for managing Market Data and Publications and Subscriptions requests for the provisioning of appropriate services for Banking, Equities, FX, Market Risk, GFRM and IT. This includes elements of business and vendor management, inventory, contracts and invoice management.
Manage third-party provider (Prenax) for Publications and Subscriptions to ensure proper chargeback and inventory allocations. Work with third-party providers to ensure all business approvals are received before services are distributed to users.

Project Manage the on-boarding of new services and engage with technical teams as required to facilitate services.
Manage commercial and contractual negotiations with vendors in conjunction with Legal. Ensure all terms of the contract are communicated to the businesses participating in them and manage the compliance to any vendor terms and conditions, including overseeing any vendor audits.
Provide cost transparency for managing the budget and month-to-month financials for these business areas. Generate monthly business line reports for the process of month-end allocations and cost saving initiatives. Support ongoing cost reductions and vendor rationalizations
Assist in the preparation of Global Budgets with Finance and Planning and Analysis. Ensure regional accountability for Market Data spend is maintained as required by the Business and Finance.
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge on vendor strategies, business direction and products/content. Communicate this throughout the firm
