As a Facilities operations lead, I was responsible for execution of prevent maintenance projects, and management of the events and foodservice program.

Managed facilities program to include:

Implemented new and existing preventive maintenance projects (new HVAC, new non-slip flooring, etc.)

Decommissioned 1,500 workstations to included furniture and technology per COVID-19 DC protocols

Developed a new start Fannie Mae on-site service call program to receive, monitor and respond to any intermediate level maintenance requirements
