Direct involvement providing super-luxury asset management services related to entire EAM/RPM structure with a diverse range of responsibilities: managing 800 unit villas/apartment western gated community ( multi-site built environment ) to developing a 263 unit western compound for KSB Capital Group. Contracted to MIG group subsidiary of "Al Nakhlah Tower" ( General Manager ) to develop a 34,000 square meter - 32 floor state of the art commercial tower, and Yamami Residence 220 unit western residential compound part of "Yamami Holding Company" providing centrally structured services to all the stakeholders within the EAM/PM and FM framework. In addition, I have also provided services to major HNW corporate, individuals and PPP projects, the largest is the "Rimal Gated Community" Riyadh - 1200 unit mixed-use development consulted under "Dar Al Riyadh" strategizing the master plan.
