Duties Include:
Source CVs for vacant roles and interview for qualified applicant.
Recruits key talents and manage these talents for McDan entities for employee output maximization.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talents for the group.
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units of McDan.
