3 Team Handling: -
4 a) In CAMS, team handling is the main responsibility. This is a service industry where SBI Mutual fund back end process 5 like purchase, redemption etc. And coordinating with AMC and sending necessary deliverable to them. 6 b) Purchase department was all of scrutinizing my team regarding the application received from the AMC and guiding 7 them in proper KYC and documentation purposes.
8 c) Redemption department is where my team mate process of documentation scrutinizing and pay out to the required 9 customers request which are valid, in this my part is also to guide the team mate regarding the documentation and 0 eligibility of the requested clients.
1 d) The above is the basic work carried out in that industry, my role is to manage the whole team and keep the work run 2 smoothly for all time.
3 Consolidating the processed data in both departments and informing the same to the higher authorities on daily 4 basis and also the AMC whenever required.

9 Handling Jewel Loan Desk: -
0 a) Opening jewel loans for customers after checking the jewels along with appraiser. 1 b) Checking the weights and the quality of the ornaments provided by customers. 2 c) Following up with the default customers for faster repayment of loan or renewal of same. 3 d) Playing key role in Jewel auctioning of default customers. 4 e) Safe room operation, key handling, Proper maintenance of register and records as per bank rules. 5 f) Closing the key issues found in the internal and external audits. 6 g) Key player in developing separate software(iGold) for Gold Loan. 7 h) Weekly and monthly jewel packets verification according to system and tallying it with register. 8 i) Completing the loan within TAT and creating customer ecstasy. 9 j) Managing the team of two appraisers and two loan executives to run the show successfully. 0 k) Maintaining proper KYC for customers and auction participants as per bank rules. 1 l) Through customer satisfaction getting reference from the client and increasing the base. 2
3 Handled cash counter as Teller, Main Cashier and Cash authorizing officer: - 4 a) As teller I use to accept cash deposits and cash withdrawals with least mistakes, by which the customers can be 5 served faster and the day end closing timing will be saved too. 6 b) As Main cashier my role was to handle the opening cash from vault and to summarize the day with coordinating 7 with all tellers of the branch. Here I’ve to maintain the branch Cash Holding Limits and indenting cash for daily cash 8 payments and ATM cash disbursement too.
9 c) As cash authorizing officer I use to take care of posting cash vouchers given by all tellers, sorting cash using cash 0 sorting machines. Attending the queries of customers in cash counter too. 1
2 Handled Front Desk department as Maker, Checker and Service request processing: - 3 a) As Maker my responsibility is to make the cheque transfer, DD making entries correctly for customers. 4 b) As Checker I’ve to post the transfer cheques and DD made voucher after checking its correctness with vouchers. 5 c) As Service request processor I have to handle various queries of customers and providing them opt solutions by 6 raising exact service request using our special software. 7

9 Handled Clearing desk as both Maker and Checker: - 0 a) As Maker I’ve to enter various banks cheques in system with correct bank name, amount and customer account 1 number for outward and inward clearing. Outstation cheques have to send to the respected banks for collection and 2 the same has to be tracked for faster processing. 3 b) As Checker I’ve to post and authorize the inward and outward zones after proper scrutinizing. Here I’ve to reconcile 4 the clearing account with office account on daily basis and generate report on regularly. 5 c) As Checker I’ve to maintain proper balance with clearing house account for daily clearing activity and get the fund 6 for corporate office if adverse comes and when it is favour transferring funds to Corporate Office. 7
8 Handled CMS desk as both Maker and checker: -
9 a) As Maker I’ve to enter the various instruments given by all CMS clients for collection purpose, this has to done is 0 separate software for outward clearing. We also use separate software for processing bank issued dividend warrants. 1 b) As Checker I scrutinize the instruments and give credit to the concern CMS pooling account as per the vouchers 2 provided by the clients.

4 Locker Management: -
5 a) Maintaining locker access register used for customer locker accessing purpose. 6 b) Maintaining locker queue register for knowing the seniority of customers who have registered for availing locker. 7 c) Collecting locker rent dues from default customer. 8 d) Activating the dormant lockers by regular follow ups with the customers. 9 e) Carrying out breakout process for long time dormant lockers. Audit Champ and FPR for Audit queries raised by internal auditors: - a) Looking after the day-to-day vouchers and correcting the same. b) FPR for audit queries raised by our internal auditors.
