The project involves the immediate response for the ABENDS caused, supporting the enhancements in the existing code to meet present business requirements and to test and promote the new code in production. I have to support the production job flow and solving abends. Take responsibility to find reason for abends and to fix it. Testing of the new enhancements and transferring to production.

Project Description

Enhancement and Maintenance Project of CITI Bank involves working on The Enhanced Online Authorization System (EAS) is an online application designed to support the cardholder and merchant functions of the authorization process. The system maintains dual transaction log files to minimize interruptions of authorization service while maintaining the transaction processing interface to ECS. The use of dual log files reduces exposure to credit card fraud.

The system supports all required Visa, MasterCard and Diners Card transactions including authorizations, reversals, Exception/Combined Warning Bulletin (CWB) file display and updates, and Event/Delayed Advice retrievals

Maintenance and Support for OCIS (Operational Customer Information System) involves working on The Integration programmers will integrate the existing customer data held within LTSB & HBOS groups. Current LTSB OCIS (Operational Customer Information System) has been decided as the master. Third party customer data must not be visible to other third party companies. So, One of the objectives is to restrict access to Customer Data so that third party customer data is not visible within the Lloyds Banking Group. CODOS needed to be enhanced to control visibility of the data. Also new Organizational structures will be inserted as a result of the integration.

Maintenance and Support for M&L (Marketing and Lead function) involves working on The M&L application is used the users of Marketing and Lead function would get different level of authorization depending on the eligibility they have to browse the details of customer. The eligibility for browsing the records would be at a Company code level or at a Brand level or at group level. Following the merger of LTSB and HBOS, the M&L application will be used to maintain access control requirements of integration of customer Data across Lloyds banking Group. Changes were required to the M&L APIs (NEW APIs) and batch components are to restrict access based on Consent Indicator for different applications like Marketing, Leads, and FCR etc.
