Working as a product development engineer researching for improving the efficiency of product and life by improving the

production process while making it cost-effective so the price of the product does not affect and fulfilling all market needs and

also monitoring fabrication work in the production department to design the product with low welding required as possible

Key Contribution:-

Converting all tabletop models body from sheet metal to abs forming

To change the existing design of the body without affecting the machine working to give it better aesthetics and friendly look

to the user to increase the trust in our equipments.

Custom made refrigeration unit

To convert companies std refrigeration and freezing units to as per customer demands to calculate the effect of change in the

design of the machine and adjust the machine component accordingly with less welding and structural support and calculate

costing of the product from the vendor and deciding the cost of the machine with the sales team.

Designing new Centrifuge

Designing of centrifuge for a new aesthetic look to compete with today's market and to increase the performance of the

machine by modifying the old design of sheet metal to combination of sheet metal and abs forming sheets.

Forxar Industries 2016 - 2017

Being a design engineer my prime objective was to design a bellow seal valve. To design new valves for customer-specified

working condition and different pressure condition. Looking after the production process to reduce time in production by making

changes in design so that less fabrication time required to setup plants in given environmental condition.

All Gear Valve

It is a conceptual design to replace the standard ball valve where working conditions pressure is high in the process we can

reduce the leakage compare to a standard ball valve and providing a various flow rate

Machine friendly design.

Creating C.N.C. friendly design to reduce tooling cost and reduce time of production so as to reduce overall production cost.
