Total Working Experience: 7 yrs experience on plastics injection molding process
2 years experience of working in Quality department form August -2012 to August -2014 at M/S Indian Nippon Electricals Limited.
Presently working as a Quality In charge in industrial division at THE SUPREME INDUSTRIES LTD. Pondicherry From November -2014 to 2019
CURRENT COMPANY PROFILE
The Supreme Industries Limited is India’s leading processors of plastics, offering the widest and the most comprehensive range of plastic products in India. Pondicherry unit having 4 divisions, manufactures different industrial purpose molding parts for OEMs like Whirlpool of India Ltd., Ashok Leyland, General with molding Furniture & Crates of its own brand, having a turnover of Rs.320 Cores. Out of 56 inj. Molding M/Cs for Industrial division it have 16M/Cs consuming of an average daily 25 Tons of different Raw Materials like HIPS, ABS, GPPS, SAN, PPCP & PP.
CURRENT JOB ACTIVITY
Monitoring In house rejection in daily basis..
Rejection analysis of molding
Inspection of incoming component & in house products.

Co-ordination with CFT for the new development & ECN changes.
Preparation of document like PPAP
Manpower distribution according to the production.
Experience in handling the audit process like TS 16949:2009,ISO 9001:2008
Shop floor management.
To attend customer complaint & visit as when required
Development of inspection Jigs & fixture.
Imparting training to supervisors / inspectors pertaining to quality implementation & compliance.
Identifying various scope of process improvement & implementation of the same for quality improvement / cost reduction.
Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Pokayoke, TPM activity in the workshop
Attaining all the issue related to vender .
Have good knowledge in understanding drawings & Geometrics dimensions in metrology..
ACHIEVEMENT
Reduce in house rejection from 5 % to 2% with in 3 month with help of team & maintaining below 2 % till date.
Cost saving approx. 3.5 Lakhs per year through component deletion & KAIZEN.
