Responsibilities:-

Carry out regular site inspections as per schedule.

Attend HSE walk around with Client / Engineer/ Contractor.

Investigation of all incidents, occurrences and safety compliances in coordination with Project Manager /in charge.

Maintain records of all the inspections and surveys in order to report and results and follow up on the compliance and corrective actions.

Ensure all equipment’s, tools, materials are inspected quarterly basis and maintaining related records. Ensure the competency and compliance by inspection of cranes and lifting tackles, powered tools, cradles, extension cords, ladders, scaffolds, safety harness, pressure gauges etc.

Conduct Safety Induction all including visitors to site.

Plan facilities inspections at site as per the local requirements.

Preparing weekly tool box talk schedule for all departments and ensuring tool box talks are delivered to all operatives by Supervisor / Engineer. Maintaining the records of tool box talks.

Identify unsafe acts and counsel respective individuals.

Analyses all near miss case and first aid cases and come out with the corrective actions to eliminate future occurrence or seek advice from HSE Manager.

Advising site management for HSE related matters and promoting continual improvement of Health and Safety performance of organization.

Liaising with client and consultant to ensure client HSE procedures are accomplished in the project.

Implementing & monitoring (zero tolerance) permit to work system for potentially hazardous activities.
