Design and Prototype of Dynamic Frame for Motorcycle (Tools Used: solidworks, AutoCAD ANSYS)

Designed new triple tree arrangement which is used to vary the fixed RAKE angle, TRAIL distances and Wheelbase in Motorcycle.

Motorcycle static triple tree arrangement for a fixed geometry is replaced with Adjustable varying triple tree arrangement.

Designed and Achieved Rake Angle( +7 to -7) and Trail Distance of +130mm to -130 mm. Prototype of Transmission unit Locking System

Developed a reliable and robust design which restricts the vehicle movement by locking the transmission shaft during unauthorised vehicle handling.

Conventional handle locking system is replaced by a handle lock with RFID interrogator and solenoid powered locking system in the transmission unit.
