Administering activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution, involving budgeting, finalization of technical specifications, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring and manpower planning Coordinating with the Electrical Team, along with the multi-disciplinary team (Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Plumbing) Reviewing & approving materials & shop drawings taking into consideration design requirements, Interior design, authorities’ requirement including but not limited to DEWA, RTA, DCD and SIRA along with client regulations. Project: Dubai Harbour – Master Building (2019 - 2020) Project Cost: 34861415 AED Description: The primary focus of the Harbor Master Building is to offer the administration facilities for Dubai Harbor Marina which includes: Administration, chandlery, brokerage, charter offices, shipyard offices, insurance offices, surveyor office, yacht agent, and marina change and lockers facilities. In addition to the functional requirements of the Harbor Master Building above, the project will incorporate a café, a bar/restaurant and extensive roof terraces. Project: Dubai Global Connect – Kick Of Building (2019 - 2020) Project Cost: 44500000 AED Description: The Kick-Off Building comprises a GFA of not more than 4,000 square meters and will be distributed on an open floor plan to provide a showcase and exhibition Centre to reveal the proposed development to the public, and is defined by a modular and flexible interior arrangement, reflecting the overall ambitions of the complex as a whole. The public will find different spaces: reception, open space, meeting room, showroom, offices and a small kitchen, in order to offer guests all the facilities and services necessary to take advantage of the proposal. Project: IBN Battuta Mall Expansion – Hotel And Hotel Diversion (2018 - 2019) Project Cost: 185000000 AED Description: This project consist of a hotel of 15 floors for guest rooms and three floors for different facilities (parking, reception, café, swimming pool, restaurant, Gym, mini bar, staff rooms, management rooms, technical rooms) Project: Jumeirah Village Circle-Traffic Signal Junction Design (2017-2018) Project Cost: 27455210 AED Description: This project consist off installation of traffic signals on 17 junctions and testing the functionality of those signals in line with RTA regulations, relevant approved drawings and phasing system as approved by RTA. Furthermore, modification on 31 junctions occurred to comply with RTA requirements for roads. Project: Nad Al Sheba Sports Complex (2013-2017) Project Cost: 95750900 AED Description: The project consists of sports facilities developed to accommodate national and international football clubs to train in a comfortable environment. The sports complex include two football pitches with lighting of 2000 lux as per FIFA and IAAF standards, one fire and irrigation pumping station designed in a decorative matter to accommodate a Majlis on the top for VIP people which gives a panoramic view of Dubai and the football pitches. Furthermore, one dancing fountain has been executed to provide a musical and relaxing experience for the guests. Project: Al Furjan (2011-2013) Project Cost: 150000000 AED Description: The project consist of a full infrastructure development serving Al-furjan villas with various systems such as electrical power distribution, potable water, irrigation water, firefighting, telecommunication and street lighting network along with road, hard and soft landscaping. In addition to the above, two pumping stations are built for sewage network and one for irrigation and firefighting network.
