Responsible for all aspects of business development including developing and maintaining key U.S Government and prime contractor relationships; teaming arrangements; contract negotiations; and development of the strategic direction of NSSPlus. Positioned NSSPlus for first prime contract supporting Navy PMW 160 – Certification and Accreditation Tool. Lead SeaPort-e; STARS II; Alliant 2 SB; and SeaPort NxG proposals.

As Program Manager for the SPAWAR MCiS-IA (supporting DHA) contract, responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of NSSPlus personnel associated with this contract. Established foundations for supporting the DHA CNDSP program at SPAWAR – Atlantic; recruited all key personnel for CND and Red Team; helped them establish the Red Team organization (ultimately became NSA certified). Successfully built the NSSPlus CHS organization to approximately 100 FTEs (including subcontractors).

Responsible for sole-source 8(a) contract at DCMA supporting their CNDSP valued at $4,000,000. This contract ultimately led to a much larger competed contract supporting the entire Security Operations Center and enterprise infrastructure management. The contract was awarded at $64,000,000 and was expanded to $78,000,000.

Established UK corporate office; conducted all research for compliance with UK Cybersecurity initiatives.

Chaash is an SBA Certified Minority Woman-owned 8(a) company; based in northern Virginia. Chaash has extensive experience in Content Management and full system development life cycle of client server and Web-based systems, including Documentum, FileNet, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Database Management Systems. Chaash provides innovative solutions government organizations. Chaash has employed these solutions and technologies in the delivery of robust mission-critical web-based applications, and E-Government systems for Department of Education, DHS-CBP and GSA-PBS.

Responsibilities included:

Programmatic support included all progress report monitoring, government reports, burn-rate analysis and budgeting for current and future requirements.
